This exercise is excellent for strengthening the buttock muscle, but also strengthens the stomach.
As exercised:
* Shtrijuni in the back, legs bend at the knees.
* Raise your hips so that body to form straight line from shoulders to knees.
* Stay in that position 3-5 seconds and always tighten the buttock muscles.
* Return to starting position and repeat this exercise 10 more times. Can gradually add the number of exercises.
