Golden girl ... Mariah on the cover of new single Triumphant
DIVA Mariah Carey is going for gold as she strikes a pose in the artwork for her latest release.
The sultry singer shows off her curves in a gold cut-out dress, split on one side to show her uppermost thigh, as her honey-coloured hair falls to her waist on the cover for new single Triumphant (Get 'Em).
Mariah, 42, proves to her critics she still has it in the clingy frock, that shows off every inch of super-tanned body.

She tweeted the sneak peak of the forthcoming track to her 7.5million followers, along with a behind the scenes shot from the promotional video to the track that shows her wearing a pink satin robe, accessorised with an array of diamond jewellery, laying on a sofa with her legs raised in the air.
The cover shots for Triumphant are somewhat reminiscent of her 2005 album The Emancipation Of Mimi, which also sees her wearing a figure hugging gold dress while she strikes a similar pose.

The track is set to get its World premiere on Thursday.
Mariah was confirmed last week as a judge - with her contract rumoured to be worth around $18 million - on the next series of US talent show American idol.
Speaking about the opportunity she said: "As a singer, songwriter and producer, it's going to be fun and rewarding to help find new talent and give back to American Idol.

'I'm currently in the studio working on my new album and its first single, Triumphant, which will be out early next month.
"I can't wait to channel my creative energy as a part of this show which is a massive global phenomenon".

Mariah also tweeted fans a photo of her in a gorgeous pink gown over the weekend when she attended Russell Simmons' 13th Annual Art for Life East Hampton Benefit with hubby Nick Cannon in New York.
On the night she helped to raise $2million towards providing better access to arts programmes for underprivileged children.
